Wise Living announces successful management buyout – Show House

Wise Living, one of the UK’s largest providers of high-quality, purpose-built single-family housing for the private rental sector, has announced the successful completion of its management buyout.
Managing director, Paul Staley, heads up the new management team, focused on revolutionising the private rental sector by challenging existing standards and driving better living standards for tenants. Paul first joined the company in 2011 and has led the development of Wise Living into one of the most respected operators in the PRS sector.
Paul Gratton returns as chairman to the company he helped found. Commenting on the successful transaction he said: “This is such an exciting time for Wise Living given the ever-increasing interest from institutional investors looking to invest in PRS.”
