On Wednesday 19 April, myenergi will bring together leading voices from across the housebuilding sector to discuss the eco-smart connected home of tomorrow. Taking place as an exclusive roundtable at the Emirates Stadium, the session will explore how developers can embrace energy efficiency and optimisation in all new build properties.
Organised in partnership with Globespan Media, publishers of Show House and organisers of the WhatHouse Awards, attendees will include some of the UK’s best-known housebuilders, including those who are already making strides to decarbonise their developments. In addition to exploring the positive impact of eco-smart technology on SAP and EPC ratings, delegates will have the opportunity to discuss impending changes to the Future Homes Standard.
Renowned for designing the world’s first eco-smart EV charger, zappi, myenergi has pioneered a comprehensive range of products to help consumers take complete control of their energy use. From the eddi power diverter and harvi wireless sensor, to the all-new libbi smart battery, together myenergi’s products create an intelligent energy ecosystem that maximises self-consumption and minimises reliance on mains supply.
As the eco-smart connected home of tomorrow becomes a reality, the myenergi team will lead discussions around how best to embrace next-generation technology in new build properties, as well as the importance of educating buyers about the long-term benefits.
Jordan Brompton, co-founder and CMO of myenergi, commented: “With SAP calculations now on their tenth iteration (SAP 10) and amendments to the Future Homes Standard coming into force later this summer, there’s never been a more important time to understand the intricacies of home energy optimisation. As new homes begin to embrace smart technologies as standard, it’s essential that property developers become fully acquainted with the solutions available to help maximise the benefits of self-generation.”
“Our roundtable will explore how best to incorporate next-generation technologies as part of an intelligent ecosystem, as well as the tools needed to engage with new home buyers.”
