Moores Furniture Group, which specialises in kitchen design and installation, has recently completed a series of new homes with East Living Developments.
The company’s Builder, Installer and Developer (BID) team worked with the family-run developer on its Lodge Farm site in Gislingham, which comprises five luxurious plots with prices ranging from £350,000 – £750,000.
Moores’ Oxford range of kitchens was used in the ‘haze’ shade to create kitchen spaces that combine a classic shaker style with contemporary appeal. To make the properties unique, an MDF panel with a tongue and groove design was installed beneath the island and sprayed with a bold green colour.
Emma Mulkearns, director of East Living Developments, commented: “This is now our third project using Moores after switching from another supplier. The quality of the kitchens is a lot higher and there are more options for the internal carcasses and external finishes than previous suppliers. On this development, we have two interior schemes; modern country and modern minimal, the variety across the two ranges has enabled us to achieve both these schemes whilst also providing the end homeowner with what feels like a bespoke kitchen.”
David Lambert, sales director at Moores, added: “This project effectively showcases the Moores BID service and product that we offer our customers. I’m very pleased with the feedback and look forward to the next scheme and developing our relationship with East Living Developments further in 2024.”
