London Land Group and Samsung partner to create connected living experiences

London Land Group has announced a multi-million-pound innovation partnership that will see Samsung Electronics UK supply digital appliances to all of its current and future developments.
The partnership will initially see London Land Group’s flagship development, The Waterfront Poole’s 291 apartments fitted out as fully connected homes, offering residents the ability to connect and control all their smart devices through Samsung’s SmartThings platform.
The appliances, including ovens, hobs, fridge freezers, dishwashers and washing machines, will be purchased using Samsung Capital to fund the kit as well as ongoing maintenance. In addition, The Waterfront’s two communal club lounges, with full kitchen and dining facilities, will also feature Samsung’s products, such as the Samsung Smart Oven with Dual Cook Flex and Air Fry.
