Beal Homes unveils showpiece new Design Lounge – Show House

Regional housebuilder, Beal Homes, has unveiled a ground-breaking new Design Lounge to allow customers the chance to experience its bespoke home design.
The developer offers buyers hundreds of options to make their new home one of a kind and the new facility provides a high-end showroom-style environment.
Beal’s design team work with each buyer, using digital screens to bring create a 3D virtual representation of their choices to help them visualize each decision.
The £5.5million, state-of-the-art Design Lounge is located at Beal’s newly-opened head office in East Yorkshire and marks a significant investment as the company enters its 55th year.
The expanded Design Lounge was the key driver behind the development of the building, as it provides the space and facilities to deliver Beal’s innovative, immersive service model.
Beal homes offer a range of opportunities for personalisation, including moving walls to alter internal layouts as well as an extensive range of fixtures, finishings and fittings including Villeroy & Boch tiles and bathroom fittings, Silestone worktops, Karndean flooring, Omega kitchens and Neff appliances.

The service also enables buyers to personalise their outdoor space, offering a variety of landscape design options and features such as garden offices.
