Barnard Marcus secure 58 units in iconic regeneration project in Hayes

Barnard Marcus, part of the Connells Group, has been instructed to sell 58 Shared Ownership units on behalf of Sovereign Network Group on a redevelopment site in Hayes that was once home to HMV and EMI.
SNG was granted planning consent for 134 mixed-tenure residential units consisting of 57 affordable rent, 19 London Living Rent, and 58 Shared Ownership.
Following a formal tender process, Sovereign Network Group have now instructed Barnard Marcus to manage the marketing and sales of the 58 Shared Ownership units. Barnard Marcus previously sold another 54 Shared Ownership units for SNG at the regeneration project in Fern Grove, Hounslow.

A show apartment and marketing suite is estimated to launch to the public between April and May 2024.
